This Privacy Policy explains how BespokeBnB Holdings LLC ("BespokeBnB," "we," "us") collects and uses information through BespokeBnB Guest Support. That covers our guest text-messaging line, (415) 909-4965, and our guest stay guides at stay.bespokebnb.com. Our general website privacy policy at bespokebnb.com/privacy-policy covers bespokebnb.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us: your mobile phone number, the content of your messages, and your name if you share it, when you text or WhatsApp our guest team.
- Reservation information: details of your booking that we already hold to host your stay, such as the property, dates and the booking guest's name.
- Stay guide usage: basic, non-advertising information about how stay guide pages are used, such as which sections are viewed and when. This helps us improve the guide. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and support you before, during and after your stay.
- To link your messages to your reservation, so anyone on our team can help you with full context.
- To arrange services you ask for, such as repairs, early check-in or late checkout.
- To keep records of our communications and to meet legal obligations.
SMS messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run BespokeBnB Guest Support and host your stay. That means our messaging provider, our hosting and database providers, and our property management software, used only to provide these services to you. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of guests, our team or our properties. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep message and reservation records for as long as we need them to support stays and keep business records. We protect information with access controls limited to our team and with reasonable technical safeguards.

Children
BespokeBnB Guest Support is intended for adult guests and is not directed to children under 13.
