These terms apply to BespokeBnB Guest Support, the guest text-messaging program and stay guides (stay.bespokebnb.com) provided by BespokeBnB Holdings LLC ("BespokeBnB," "we," "us"). Your booking itself remains governed by the terms of the platform you booked on, or by our Terms & Rental Policies for direct bookings.
SMS Terms
- Program: BespokeBnB Guest Support, (415) 909-4965.
- What it's for: guests text us about their stay: check-in, access, amenities, requests and issues. Our team replies to your messages. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
- How you opt in: by texting our number, for example from your stay guide, the QR code at the property, or our Guest Support page. Your first message is your consent to receive replies about your stay. After it, we send a confirmation with HELP and STOP instructions.
- Message frequency varies with your conversation and stay.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We'll confirm, and you won't receive further messages unless you text us again or reply START.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@bespokebnb.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Emergencies: this line is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Stay guides
Stay guides are provided for your convenience. They are optional and are not required to access the property or its amenities. Your door code and check-in details are also sent through your booking platform. Requests made in a stay guide, such as early check-in, late checkout or extra nights, are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Any charges are collected through your booking platform or our direct-booking payment link, never in the stay guide.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
